OUR RETURNS POLICY
Items must be returned and received within 30 days of the date shown on the dispatch confirmation.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must be in their original packaging.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Return shipping costs for items of the wrong size / colour / style or no longer needed items are paid for by the customer.
We will cover the cost for returns or provide a free replacement for items with clear manufacturing faults or that have been sent in error.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT
If you receive a faulty product, please return to us within 30 days of receipt of said product. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning. Get in touch here and our customer service team will get back to you.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Contact us first and let us know if you are returning or exchanging an item.
Please enclose the following information when you make your return.
1) Reason and details for return

Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
Refunds and exchanges will only be provided after receiving the returned item(s) in full resale condition.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return within 5 to 7 business days of package receipt. On occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.
TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR RETURN
As soon as our warehouse team receives your return, you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3 to 5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, except in cases where that item is no longer available.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the original item with the relevant information about the exchange. Once we have received your return, we will send you the exchange item.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
We are very sorry to hear this. Please contact us with your order number, the name/product code of the item you ordered and further details of the problem. Please return the item to us by following the procedure stated in “How to make a return” and we will do our very best to sort this out for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are received after 30 days of dispatch date.
Items returned to us in a damaged or worn condition are not eligible for refunds.
